POF.com now has a mobile apps for iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone 7 users. With these apps, you can access many of the site’s features on your phone. You can upload an image, edit your profile, search for users, and read and reply to messages. You can also view your matches, your favorites and the users who have viewed your profile. Our exclusive “Mobile Users” feature gives you access to singles near you who are also using our app.

Make the desired changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click "Update Profile".

On your iPhone (not in the app) go to SETTINGS.
Go to NOTIFICATIONS.
In the list of apps, select PlentyOfFish.
There, turn the "Alerts" on or off.
How do I turn GPS on and off in the app?
On your iPhone (not in the app) go to SETTINGS.
Go to LOCATION SERVICES.
In the list of apps, select PlentyOfFish.
There, turn location services to on or off.

Note: your exact position will never be revealed to other Plentyoffish users. The feature uses your location to deliver matches in your immediate vicinity. Please review the terms of Plentyoffish’s privacy policy: (http://www.pof.com/terms.aspx).

Windows Phone 7 App FAQ
We are currently working to improve our app for your Windows Phone.
With our Windows 7 Phone App, you can view your matches, search for users, view your profile, and send and read messages! More features are coming soon.
Do you have a Blackberry application?
Unfortunately, we do not have a blackberry application available at the moment. You can still access POF.com's mobile version through your browser!
I keep seeing an incorrect username/password error, what should I do?
If you are having difficulty logging in to the app, please follow these steps:
1. Launch the app.
2. Enter the email address registered to your POF.com account into the username field.
3. Enter your usual password, then click LOGIN.
4. If you're still getting the error, please go to http://www.pof.com/getpassword.aspx to have your login information
sent to you via email.

What is the Mobile Users feature?
The Mobile Users page shows you local PlentyOfFish users who are also using our app! They are sorted by distance from you. This feature is only available to users on the app.
Push Notification & Location Search
How do I turn off push notifications?
To update your phone's notifications settings from our app, follow these instructions:
On Android -- please go to you phone's settings >> applications >> running services>> and click on the PlentyOfFish notification services to turn off the notifications.
On iPhone -- please go to "Settings", click "Notifications", choose the PlentyOfFish icon, and then choose "OFF".
How does the location search feature work?
The location-search feature uses the GPS on your Android or iPhone device to determine your location. Your exact position will never be revealed to other POF.com users. The feature uses your location to show you users who are in your vicinity.
How do I turn location search on or off?
On Android – please go to you phone's settings >> applications >> running services>> and click on the PlentyOfFish GPS services. You can also choose not to allow the app to use GPS when you log in.
On iPhone – please go to SETTINGS. Click "Location Settings". Find the PlentyOfFish App and switch to OFF.
